I love people and work diligently to draw out the very best from them - I will believe in you before you believe in yourself. A life-long thirst for learning, love of all things social media & tech and knowing how and when to put the "I" in team are consistent tools of my trade. My background features operations, management, marketing, journalism, messaging, recruiting, training, coaching, brand evangelism and a dash of guitar playing thrown in (as any Google search will most likely show.)

It's a pleasure to interact with agents around the world via my work with Inman News as a Contributor, as well as through public speaking appearances such as the 2014 RE/MAX Western Canada Super Sales Rally (Vancouver), Agent Reboot at Real Estate Connect New York 2015 (New York City), 2015 RE/MAX International R4 Convention (Las Vegas), 2015 RE/MAX Brasil Conference (Sao Paolo), the 2015 Michigan REALTORS Conference (Detroit), 2016 GBAR Road Show (Boston), the 2019 Century 21 One21 Experience (Las Vegas) and multiple Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Zillow events.

I was also proud to be selected as an Inman Ambassador in 2021, following Ambassador roles for Real Estate Connect New York (2015, 2016, 2017) and Inman Connect San Francisco (2015, 2016). Throughout my career, I'm fortunate to have been featured in NAR's "REALTOR® Mag", REALTrends' "LORE Magazine", the Huffington Post and RE/MAX, LLC's "Above Magazine" among other media sites.
